QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
ess land management ltd provides a service to Railway Industry clients, Local Authorities and Major Contractors in respect of Lineside Tree Felling and Vegetation Clearance, Vegetation Control in providing: line of sight clearance for train drivers, clearance work prior to bank stabilisation projects, general leaf fall clearance work, Off Track Weed Control and Highway Weed Control.
The Company is committed to building long term relationships with its clients, satisfying their requirements and expectations, and to the continual improvement of the company’s systems, processes and service provision. To meet this objective, the company has taken the policy decision that these activities shall be undertaken in a manner that complies with the requirements laid down by industry standards for the embodiment of safe working practices and risk management when working on the Railway Infrastructure.
The company’s Quality Management System is structured around the requirements of the BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
The Management are committed to ensuring that the Company's contracting activities shall always follow good professional practice.
The Company’s Senior Management Team shall:
• Promote effective leadership, teamwork and cooperation within the business
• Ensure all ess’s personnel comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System
• Ensure ess meets all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Ensure the availability of adequate resources to fulfil business objectives
A copy of the Quality and Safety Management Manual shall be made available to those directly concerned with such activities.
This policy and objectives will be reviewed for continuing suitability on an annual basis and communicated throughout the organisation.
